Sooraj Pancholi’s mother Zarina Wahab has come out in defence of her son, claiming that he is being targeted.
In a charge sheet filed, the CBI had explained in graphic detail how Pancholi had pulled out foetus from his girlfriend Jiah Khan and flushed it down the toilet. Khan was deeply scared after the incident and was in depression after Pancholi began distancing himself from her and committed suicide in 2013.
Hitting out at the media, Wahab said the entire contents of the charge sheet hasn't come out yet and added that there will be legal action initiated against those spreading "incorrect information."
Noting that the CBI has ruled out the possibility of murder, she said they will decide the future course of action only after the complete charge sheet is out.
