Candidates may visit ctet.nic.in to download the CTET 2019 answer key

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the answer key for the Centre Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on Monday on the official website―ctet.nic.in.

The CTET 2019 was held on December 8. Candidates who appeared for CTET 2019 are advised to visit the official website to check notifications and download the CTET 2019 answer key. The CTET answer key OMR sheets will be available to download till December 25, 2019.

“The answer keys of the CTET December 2019 have been uploaded on the website for viewing and challenge by the candidates. The challenges may be submitted online for the website up to 25, December 2019,” read the official notification with regard to CTET 2019.

Candidates can also raise objections against the given answer key by December 25 through the official website. “The answer keys of CTET December 2019 have been uploaded on the website for viewing and challenge by the candidates. The challenges may be submitted online on the website up to 25/12/2019,” read the official notification.

The fee to raise objection to the released answer key Rs 1000 per question, and is non refundable.

The CTET 2019 results are expected to be out within six weeks since the date of examination. Paper 1 and Paper 2 of the CTET 2019 were held on December 8.

Candidates who qualify Paper 1 of the CTET 2019 would be eligible to teach classes I to V. Those who qualify Paper 2 would be eligible to teach classes VI to VIII. Teachers would be eligible to teach both levels of classes, if they qualify both Paper 1 and Paper 2 of CTET.
