Now, here is a news that the fans of Breaking Bad's Walter White and Jesse Pinkman would never want to hear. Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan said wants to remake the hugely popular crime drama television series.
That's not all of it. He does not want it to be a TV series because the actor thinks "it is too evolved to come on Indian television."
In an interview to an English daily, the actor was quoted as saying "The Indian audience won’t be accepting of meth, drugs and the mafia. But the story of a man who is going to die and takes a chance to save his family is a good premise for a feature film. I have asked some people who have said that they would get me the rights. I am at that age when it will be interesting to take up such a role."
And when he was asked if he would be essaying the role of the teacher-turned-meth cook Walter White played by Bryan Cranston, the actor said, "Great films don’t work without me, darling!"
